That is one hell of a bibliography!

Well, after the whole Richter Scales vid controversy, I decided that safe was better than sorry. (This list is actually for all the posts on my livejournal, not all of which have been migrated).

And then I realized just how many citations I would need, and this is perhaps 25% of them (the most important ones, but still: not everything). It's going to be a very long project.

Possibly I love you. Although, for some reason I thought that ME closed down after Angel was canceled and Serenity credits something called "Barry Mendel Productions" instead. Well, that's something that can be easily settled (as if I needed an excuse to watch that film).

According to the APA*, in movie citations, you cite the production company listed in the credits, and for Serenity that was Mutant Enemy. For television, you don't cite the company at all, just the individuals (I had no idea. The things you learn).

*This is modified APA as used by anthropologists and the AAA.

I don't know why I'm being needlessly pedantic--maybe you bring it out in me, maybe it's an artifact of the hangover--but my point was that ME is not actually listed in the credits of Serenity.

Yes, AAA style seems very similar to ASA style. Although I kind of imprinted on MLA style and still prefer it (I think there's some forbidden fruit aspect there, because it really isn't that good).

Really? It is in my copy -- that's where I got the name (I think). If not ME, then who?

Well, I have the two-disc edition and its end credits list Barry Mendel Productions. I...I am unsure what to make of these shenanigans.

It is entirely possible that I am wrong. I shall investigate.
